Steve Blank

Steve Blank has been successfully selling real estate in metro Denver for many years since graduating from the University of Denver. His knowledge of the local real estate market, combined with the enjoyment he derives from matching clients with a new home, has enabled him to become a key player in Denver's real estate market. Steve has served as a real estate instructor (part-time for seven years), an expert court witness, and wrote a monthly real estate column for the Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post for 14 years. Regarding sales production, Steve has been honored as a six-time recipient of the Denver Board of Realtors TOP TEN residential salesperson award and was inducted into the Re/Max 'Hall of Fame.' Steve’s high level of success is due to his dedication, enthusiasm, and hands-on style when working with clients. He understands that great service, a high level of integrity, a sense of humor, and always valuing relationships have been instrumental to earning and retaining clients. Steve’s father built several real estate offices in Gettysburg and York, Pennsylvania from the late 1960’s to the 1980's. Steve enjoys sports, music, travel, being a foodie and spending time with friends and family.
